According to realtor.com, there are currently 1,071 homes listed for sale in Castle Rock. Inventory of single family residential listings is a little lower than last April, but number of new listings is up. Median sales price 2019 year-to-date is $500,000, a 1% decrease compared with 2018. Sales price as a percentage of list price remains strong at 99.2% for single family residential and townhomes/condos.
According to the total market overview for all Denver Metro MLS activity, active listings in April 2019 number 9,943, a 3.8% increase over April 2018. 6,000 sold listings represent a 2.1% increase over April 2018. Median sales price at $410,000 and average sales price at $485,060 represent 1.2% increase and 2.5% increase respectively.
